Notre cabinet recherche actuellement un Manager de Transition IT Data Centre Consolidation Program Manager (H/F) pour un leader de l’hébergement
Mission à lancer ASAP pour 6 mois minimum, en Région Hauts-de-France, dans un contexte de management-relais
Position
- Initial engagement is for an IT Program Manager responsible for the full execution of migration/consolidation of DC and the deliveries of the next generation platforms
- The role is to work with Industry/Product units by building/executing detailed plans for migrating all compute servers and the related data
- Reporting to the Chief Service Deliver Officer
- Prepare all project plans
- Build the database to follow for all technical assets (HW Platforms, SW licences)
- Develop and document the planning to complete migration strategy: Sequence and Timeline, Resource plan, Budget (logistics / insurance)
- Co-ordinate engagement of all internal and external dependencies (suppliers / DC provider)
- Lead projects managers
- Supervising IT staff, vendors and suppliers & installation of IT infrastructure
- Program management including customer reporting and steercos (risk management)
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge about all aspects of information technology specifically with complex infrastructure environments (servers, networks, storage, hardware platforms)
- Excellent people & management skills, ability to work in diverse cultural and remote regional environments
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Good written and oral communication skills, an ability to present concise reports and recommendations
- Strong experience in Data Centre Operations, Migration, Move and/or Consolidation with exposure to recovery strategy planning and implementation & Managing mid to large scale multi-discipline IT infrastructure projects
- Fluent French and English
- Project management certification (Prince2 or PMP), ITIL Foundation
